Problem with Publishing groups to AD

We are running Identity Managmement 7.02, and have been running this for 7 months. We have an issue that happens intermittedly when new empoyees are created, they dont get their auto assigned groups in Active directory. This happens randomly to varyinging groups and users. IDM shows the group has been assigned, but its not in AD.

The only way we know the groups are missing (as there is no errors) is when we go to Active Directory (in IDM) and select Target system Synchronisation:Active Directory
If we Publish the missing groups , the job gets created in the Job queue and completes but doesnt do anything to Active directory

The only resolution we have is to manually add the groups in AD and just hit reset on the missing groups in IDM. Any idea?

This might be a provisioning issue. You'd need to check the provisioning logs of the membership actions to check for further error messages.
If you do find any error messages feel free to post them here for more suggestions on how to avoid these issues.
