v7 IT Shop showing in German

Hi Experts,

I have installed 7.1.1 ITShop. When I open the URL, everything is presented in german (login page, home page etc)

When I open the application in webdesigner I see everything in english.

How can I switch languages? In v6 I think we could specify installing the portal in another language but here I didn't get that option.
