i'm trying to login to the web portal with a user who has helpdek role but i got the error below :

Employees: Viewing permission denied for value "Language culture".
knwoing that i didn't changed the predefined permissions for this role.

i forgot to specify it, i obviously set a complex password (in the password property and not the central password one) at the account I created in the field
about the authentifier (the login) i'm using the central user account.
