i'm trying to login to the web portal with a user who has helpdek role but i got the error below :
An exception has occurred while executing the form method F0_ctl00_Main_Main_ControlRef1_Button1_Method.

Employees: Viewing permission denied for value "Language culture".
knwoing that i didn't changed the predefined permissions for this role.

i mean that when i created the user in the Manager, I Set the option Help desk employee,
selected the System user "viHelpdesk" and set a strong password.
regarding the authentifier, i assume that your are talking about the login isn't it ? if yes, the login i'm using is the centralaccount (it works for a standrd user)
