Several users are having performance issues when submitting request in the IT Shop Web portal. It can take 30 seconds to 2 minutes. When I test making the same request using different accounts, I don't see any performance issues. I've tested this on multiple machines with the same results. Any idea why this is occurring on some accounts and how to fix it? Thanks.
