Several users are having performance issues when submitting request in the IT Shop Web portal.

Several users are having performance issues when submitting request in the IT Shop Web portal. It can take 30 seconds to 2 minutes. When I test making the same request using different accounts, I don't see any performance issues. I've tested this on multiple machines with the same results. Any idea why this is occurring on some accounts and how to fix it? Thanks.

Hi Eddie,
please identify in the log the long running statements. Depending on the found problems the solutions vary. To a non specific problem there are hardly general solutions.
There is also always the option to contact support.

Hi Eddie,

I just quote from a very recent log:

2018-02-16 10:42:05.3859 DEBUG ( SqlLog b2kpsweucxad0t2xtofx1qjz) : (10012 ms) - select count(*) ....

So basically I would identify them by the milliseconds.
