Managing Role Membership in web portal

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where I need to create a "X Business Role" with a dedicated manager for that role in version 8.0

Role manager can login the web portal and able to view the Role members under my ownership.

Role manager need to maintain ADD or Delete user's from web portal which should not raise as a request or any other best way.

Delete membership works fine.

    I would not recommend to implement it without a request, as you can't do any approving / compliance checks / ....
    Both adding and deleting members from the Business Role are currently implemented with requests.
    But of course you can customize the Web Portal by extensions.
    You'll having a hard time, if you need to delete members which are members because of a dynamic role, or primary assignment. This is also one reason why requests are a good way.
