Is there any option to show frequently raised requests in ITshop to the user?

Hi,

I want the user to see frequently raised requests for his role so that it is easy for the user to select that request and raise it for himself. Is it possible to implement this functionality?

  • ok.. I can see request template creation option in ITshop as well as in Manager. Can we customize the visibility of the templates that we create? for e.g I create request template and I want only employees from IT department to see this template. Is this customization possible?
