History DB related query

We are able to setup history DB and able to export and import data. I can see Job history, process info etc exported and imported to HDB. I have below major quires.

 

  1. How can we generate reports on HDB what data is imported and when or what exported from current DB?
  2. Is any user related data is also exported as part of this like If I need to see that who approved the request for user and how much time it took for approval. So is this kind of data will be imported to HDB or it is just to store job history or process info?

    Hi,

    1) there are no ootb reports or dashboards regarding the amount of transferred data but there is a RFE for this.
    2) by default the approval history stays in the Identity Manager database.

    Thanks for update but what is RFE ? can you please explain more on this?

    What data is actually  imported in HDB when we export data from oneIM DB and import it to HDB?

    Hi,

    RFE: request for enhancement. A customer request to build in a certain feature.

    "What data is actually imported?" - That depends on the configuration of your OneIM Database.
    You can track changes to objects. Related configuration parameter "Common\ProcessState\PropertyLog".
    You can track processing information during Process handling. Related configuration parameter "Common\ProcessState\ProgressView".
    You can record processing history. Related configuration parameter "Common\ProcessState\ProgressView".
