Hello! We want to attestate only Employees whose "Primary Depatment" or "Job Description" were changed.

For example if Employee has changed Department then this Employee is applied to attestation policy. If it's Department isn't changed - attestation policy is not applied to this Employee. If it was approved - no attestation policy applied.

How can we define a condition in attestation policy for this case?
