We have a requirement for Managers of contractors to delegate their accounts as needed. We have accomplished this using OOB delegation feature with some minor updates to the WebUI. Now, both the old manager and new delegated manager need to receive notification of the delegated accounts once the delegation occurs. Is it possible to combine the list of delegated users into a single email instead of sending multiple emails (one for each delegated user)?
