When new employee is created and certified, AD account definition is assigned to the employee, and then AD account is created accordingly.
And then, the person's manager is supposed to receive email notification regarding the account creation and password, which is configured in the base configuration parameter --> target system --> ADS --> Accounts --> InitialRandomPassword --> SendTo.
However, the managers reported they didn't receive the email, and we can confirm that the AD accounts had been created successfully.
Is there anyway can check the email send record from 1IM, so that we can know whether the notification email send was triggered, and further track the message on smtp server?
