You have to do the opposite as proposed in my answer to one of your other REST API related threads. https://www.quest.com/community/one-identity/identity-manager/f/identity-manager-forum/26037/call-rest-api-for-account-definition-ad-account-creation

Remove the assignments of the account definition in the table PersonHasTSBAccountDef. If you want to remove the account and mailbox as well.
