Employee manager and search results

In v8.0.1 department managers (PersonHead) inherit the OneIdentity application role "Employee Managers". I've configured my webportal to give them capabilties over their corresponding employees only. How could I tailor search results down to the very deparment the manager is head of ? By default, they are able to get search results from any employee, regardless of their location/dept/org.

Hello,

Assuming you mean the global search box in the application masthead; you can define a filter WHERE clause by customizing the VI_Common_Search module. There are a few examples in that module.
