license meter report doubt

HI Team,

I have one doubt here, i got the license meter report in one IDM Launch Pad , but Managed Person for our environment is 3397 but Hardware having Active Directory account is 255, what is meant by Hardware having active directory account please explain

    Easy spoken TimeTrace is an additional database where historical information is stored.
    You can check if time trace is enabled by using the manager tool.
    Just open a Person and click on Window->TimeTrace (or Ctrl+H)
    You should not see changes made to that person-object if timetrace is disabled.

    Additionally it may be needed to know what use cases could lead to a user being disabled or deleted.
    i.e.(Is it a manual task in the manager?, or is it done by importing data from an HR system?, maybe an automated process disables or deletes accounts?)
