Update query via Object Browser not getting provisioned to ADobjquer

I have update some user attribute in ADSAccount via Object Browser query.But it is not triggering the provisioning workflow.But if i edit the user via Manger tool,it is triggering the provision workflow to update the attribute in AD.

Could you please tell me how to update target attribute and call provisioning workflow via Sql update querying in Object Browser.

SQL queries (regardless of the tool used) bypass the object layer, and thus do not trigger any provisioning.

How to do bulk update and trigger a process.I need to update bulk users .How to do this if Object browser is not a correct for this.
