We have upgraded one identity manager to V8.0.2 with Service Now module but SNOW connector is not visible. How to access it?
I assume you followed the Administration Guide for connecting to ServiceNow and installed the SCN module?
Thats why we posted on forum. Service Now module installation is similar to other modules of one identity manager. We selected "Service Now" option under IT service management during the upgrade process, but SCN-Connector-Ext is not available for selection while adding SNOW job server.
But you not only installed the additional binaries but added the module to the database as well as with all other modules?

The tool you have to use is the ConfigWizard to be able to let the installer create the SCN tabled you need. If you simply add the module using the installer and select "add more modules to an existing installtion" you get the DLL's but not the backend stuff you need to get it working (tables, interfaces, forms, modules etc)
