SNOW Connector in V8.0.2

We have upgraded one identity manager to V8.0.2 with Service Now module but SNOW connector is not visible. How to access it?

  • Thats why we posted on forum. Service Now module installation is similar to other modules of one identity manager. We selected "Service Now" option under IT service management during the upgrade process, but SCN-Connector-Ext is not available for selection while adding SNOW job server.
