Can not log in Manager Web.

Hello.

Good day! I have exactly the same problem. But I need to log in Web Manager.

It's an authentication issue. What credentials are you using? If anonymous access is disabled in IIS, then AD credentials are used. This is part of the initial setup.

What authentication method is configured in the web.config?

I enable anonymous on IIS. And in web config I use system user authentication.
