I can not see the units of organizations even less the users I created on the Active Directory (before installing One Identity). What I would like to have is a complete link between One Identity Manager and Active Directory so that when I create a user via One Identity it is also viewable on the Active Directory and vice versa

Are all of the users/OUs missing?  Or just some?  Are groups, etc, syncing?  Are there any errors in the synchronization log?  What about the job queue log?

All the objects (Users, OR, group, ...) that I have in my Active Directory I do not see them through the One Identity Manager. As for the Job Queue, I see the different Job, the remote server is well contacted but the SQL execution does not work. If you do not mind, I've attached screenshots (via my own onedrive)

It looks to me like your job service is not running.  I see a bunch of jobs in the queue, but I don't see them being picked up.  Can you verify that the job service is started and executing.  You might want to browse to port 1880 on the server that the job service is running on and make sure there are no errors.

Thank you very much for your return, indeed, I have a mistake on the job: "Critical Error Starting the service failed. Fix either the configuration or the environment and retry".

But I do not really know how to fix it, could you help me? I'm really in the beginning of learning the tool

Something in the configuration is incorrect.  Did you use the Job service configuration tool to set the config?  If you did, start over, run the Job service configuration tool, and the SQL server direct template.  This might also help:  support.oneidentity.com/.../60
