How to Have Requestable Devices

I want to be able to request a device and have it assigned to only one person and then it isn't requestable when it's assigned to someone. I can see that devices don't have service items while device models do. How can I request a device through the IT shop?

    Hi,

    You could possibly use an Assignment Resource for this.  And associate any devices with a Cost Center.

    As for having it only requestable for one Employee...I'm not sure how you could do this, but there likely is a way.  I'll dig a bit and see what I can find for you.
