DB Queue Stucked

I am using One Identity Manager version 7 where i am trying to put my record from at table (Person) to UNS AccountB table which is failing every time.

When i checked the DB queue it was full of tasks which were jammed, probably due to which my jobs are not running.

When i saw the DB queue of my colleagues, they were empty or running very less tasks.

    It sounds like you may have some DBQueue tasks that are in reset. This could be due to frozen jobs in the job queue or possibly a running synchronization jobs from a target system or that the resulting table is locked by another resource. Can you post a screenshot of the DBQueue so that we can confirm the issue? What is the full version of Identity Manager? 7.1?
