DB Queue Stucked

I am using One Identity Manager version 7 where i am trying to put my record from at table (Person) to UNS AccountB table which is failing every time.

When i checked the DB queue it was full of tasks which were jammed, probably due to which my jobs are not running.

When i saw the DB queue of my colleagues, they were empty or running very less tasks.

  • It sounds like you may have some DBQueue tasks that are in reset. This could be due to frozen jobs in the job queue or possibly a running synchronization jobs from a target system or that the resulting table is locked by another resource. Can you post a screenshot of the DBQueue so that we can confirm the issue? What is the full version of Identity Manager? 7.1?

  • If you open the "JobQueueInfo" Windows application you can monitor the Processes, you can see if they are RED colour then they are in frozen state, how many frozen jobs do you have?

    What messages do you have in the Database Journal?

    Are the job servers running?

    Is the DbQueue running? (Look in the Emergency Stop area)

    Use the JobQueueInfo tool to determine this.
