Application dosnt' work on Iphone

Hello,

we have customised 'Whites pages' application to add some features and hide some others.

The problem is it is working fine under PCs, Macs and Android device but not under Iphone mobiles.

The same is true with other applications like Web Portal etc..

We didn't had this problem before.

We get the message :

" Your browser is not compatible with this application or it's in compatibility mode. Try using another browser or change your browser's compatibility mode or upgrade it."

Any idea ?

Hi,

I have not seen that message before, and I think it is not coming from Identity Manager. Can you share a screenshot?

Here is a copy of an Iphone screen when trying to access our portal web app , built in OIM :

The message in french means :

" Your browser is not compatible with this application or it's in compatibility mode. Try using another browser or change your browser's compatibility mode or upgrade it."

Thanks for providing the screenshot. I still cannot find this particular message in our French translation package. (It may have been customized?) If you are certain that this message is generated inside the product, I'd suggest you contact support to analyze this problem.
