Error on 'ADS_ADSACcount_Update/(De-)Activate'


The process 'ADS_ADSACcount_Update/(De-)Activate' often fails with the error:100

[2134002] Error running provisioning.
[1777018] Error executing synchronization project (Active Directory Domain (DC=XXXX,DC=XX))'s workflow (Provisioning).
[1777124] Error executing projection step (user) of projection configuration (Provisioning (Provisioning)).
[1777219] Error executing synchronization step (user)!
[1777007] Error committing 1 system objects.
[810306] Error during execution of 'OnSaving' in logic module 'TSB.Customizer.TSBAccountDefLogic'.
[2088510] The account cannot be deleted because it was created using an existing account definition.

Do you know what this error means ?


  • Sounds like you are trying to delete the user but it will always fail because the user has an account definition applied. The system will not allow you to delete the user if this is the case. You have to remove the account definition first. I am guessing it is an inherited account definition. If you right-click on the employee and choose show entitlements origin you will see where they get the account definition from, if it is directly assigned or via inheritance.
