Request submitted in IT shop.
Requested product approval workflow - Line Manager approval.
Requester have the manager in person record.
Now once the request submitted UID_PersonHead column is not updating with respective value in PersonWantsOrg and PWOhelperPWO tables.
Due to that respective email templates not able to display manager's name like (Dear XYZ..)
But there are few records which we are able to see the UID_PersonHeads and able to see (Dear XYZ...) in email templates.
Why there is some disturbance even though the requester have the manager. (for few records)
