Hello All,
I have custom Approval workflow, custom Approval policies and custom email templates.
I mapped my custom email templates to my approval workflow steps and approval policies.
Now my question is i have initial email, first reminder and final reminder templates.
I mapped my initial email to field (mail template request) and reminder email to filed (mail template reminder) in approval step.
Now my first reminder email is sending out to approvers based on Time interval, but i have final reminder email template too.
How can i send that to approvers is there any parameters or other process to achieve this?
