Hello All,
For IT shop request we defined custom approval workflows and policies.
Now we have three steps for one of the approval workflow.
First step: Manager Approval it will sent three emails for three days to the manager (initial,first reminder, final reminder)
The connection between first and second step is escalation connection (yellow color)
Second step: Manager's Manager approval it will sent three emails for three days to the manager's manager (initial,first reminder, final reminder)
we are not able to receive the second step templates how to achieve this.
