Company Logo / Product Logo IT Shop

Are you able to use URL to see your logo images on IIS? The URL will be the value in Web Designer/Web project/configure project/General settings for Company & Product logos.

I tried using the URL and it doesn't work - yes, that's where I tried updating them with custom images - but nothing changes?!

I assume your images on IIS under c:\inetpub\wwwroot\images\ and the folder can be read by IIS_IUSERS. So, https://your_web_server/images/logo.png should be displayed properly on IIS server. If it's not, it needs to fix.

I've actually got it under c:\inetpub\wwwroot\IdentityManager and yes, it can be read by IIS_IUSERS, when I browse to the png as https://my_web_server/IdentityManager/Logo.png, it works fine and I can see the image

Then "https://my_web_server/IdentityManager/Logo.png" is the value of key "VI_Common_CompanyLogo" under General setting that is being used in VI_UserLogon module. Do you have the customized the module or component by a chance?

I'd suggest to open a Service Request with Support so we can assist.  Which KB did you use?

Ok - so I was being stupid - I was editing the setting in the wrong module - I was in VI_UserRegistration_Header and should have been in VI_UserLogon.
