Error during execution of 'OnSaving' in logic module 'TSB.Customizer.TSBAccountDefLogic'. This person already has account '(account name of the user)' with the account definition."

Hi There ,

We are facing sync issues with multiple daily sync jobs in Identity manager(7.0.2).

The error messages in the Frozen jobs says "ErrorMessages = [810222] Error executing script 'EH_CICAv2_FullSync'.
[810306] Error during execution of 'OnSaving' in logic module 'TSB.Customizer.TSBAccountDefLogic'.
[2088503] This person already has account '(account name of the user)' with the account definition."

The user account was created just day before from the day we started to get this error, and at that time we did saw that there were couple of provisioning jobs in error stating that "This account already exist in the target system with same user ID", We believe that the team who creates user accounts with our Identity manager accidentally submitted the creation request 2 times (dont know how) and thats why we had the provisioning requests for the same user for the same targets at exactly the same time (One with a success and the second with a frozen state).

But that has lead to this issue for most of our daily/hourly sync jobs, When we looked for a duplicate account in the Manager with the same name/User ID/UID we only see a single account, The same case goes to the PersonHasTSBAccountDef table, Person table , UnsAccountB table LDAP account table e.t.c we are unable to find a trace for the duplicate account. 

Can someone help to really locate the duplicate entry and to remove it so that the sync jobs wont end up in this error?
