ActiveRoles removal from One Identity Manager

Hi,

After over a year away from OIM, I've returned to handling the product and tasked to remove or decommission ActiveRoles.  What are some best practices/aspects to accomplish removing ARS from OIM, and replacing it with native Active Directory updates?  Ideally the few workflows/policies in ARS would be replaced with scripts or process orchestrations.

    Hi,

    Do you have a staging or test environment?  Without knowing the environment in any detail it would be hard to advise on best steps.  For this reason, Support can't be of much help. 

    It might be best to remove the ARS sync project, allow for any processing to complete and then add the AD connector.  There are some configurations related to groups that could be relevant.

    What version of 1IM?  ARS?
