Delegation for department's manager - mails doesn't come to delegate.

Can anyone advise in the following use case please:

As a department's manager I delegate 'Role manager' to the specific Department BUT once this is saved the delegate doesn't receive any emails regarding new comers etc (initial email with credentials).

The custom process takes the Value = $FK(UID_PersonHead).DefaultEmailAddress$ as Address parameter.

Maybe I am doing something wrong? Thank you for any comments here.

Hi Kamil,

the delegation creates an entry in the table HelperHeadOrg for the Department and the delegate (UID_Person). So in your process, you need to create the Address parameter based on the DefaultEmailAddress properties of your potential "N" department managers from HelperHeadOrg for your Department.
