Hello Everyone,
we are facing 2 issues with oneim web portal search,
first The search gives zero results on searching the user with email address,
second is For a group with display name and cn having different values,

if we search using cn the search returns no results, we are using oneim v8.1.1

The search is based on a search index that is created on the application server. By default, the system will index all display properties of the objects and the columns having a IndexWeight > 0.

The search is based on a search index that is created on the application server. By default, the system will index all display properties of the objects and the columns having a IndexWeight > 0.

So please check the IndexWeight for ADSGroup.DisplayName, ADSGroup.cn (which should be > 0 by default but just to be sure), UNSGroup.cn, UNSGroup.DisplayName, ADSAccount.mail.

Be aware that these are best guesses as your refernce to users and group is a bit vague.
