Am i correct in my assumptions ?
A backup copy of the OneIM database has been created.
The database server is down.
To restore the system, I have 2 ways:
a) restore the database from backup to the new MS SQL server then follow steps https://support.oneidentity.com/de-de/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.1.1/installation-guide/31#TOPIC-1250243 and recover users rights as follows in https://support.oneidentity.com/de-de/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.1.1/installation-guide/3#TOPIC-1250132 (may be except "installation user"); recover other job & web(app) servers; review other settings like sync projects and so on
b) install from scratch OneIM to the new MS SQL server, restore the database from backup; recover other job & web(app) servers; review other settings like sync projects and so on.
