VI.WebRuntime.IBookmar, VI.WebRuntime was not found

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to 8.1.3 but the web portal is throwing error ""Type VI.WebRuntime.IBookmar, VI.WebRuntime was not found" in CCC_UserLogon module.

    I would suggest 

    1. go to url_portal/monitor page and verify that portal is upgraded. If not, just select the "update now" button and wait a minute

    2. if that failed  remove all customizations from CCC_UserLogon module and see that compile without errors and re implement all the customizations in this module.
