I am facing a problem with the Event FinalDismissed based on table AttestationCase.
I need to run a process when that event is fired, and in general, it works well when users dismiss just ONE attestation case. On the contrary, if a user dismisss more then one attestation case at the same time, that event is fired just once and consequentially the process is started just one.
Just to be more specific, let say a user has to make an attestation for 2 employees A and B. The approval policy is the same for both the employees.
The approver, once logged in his web portal, sees two records (employee A and employee B) to certify. If the user try to deny the attestation of the employee separately, everything works fine, otherwise, if the user click on the 2 red cross and then to Save, the process is fired only once.
Can someone please give me some advices?
