I am dealing whit One Identity Manage Data Governance Edition.
I am trying to add a new product into the web portal. Currently, a logged user, can see the following products:
Requestà Resource Access
- File system access
- New file system share
When a user selects “File System access”, the popup window “Requesting file system access” is shown and he can choose the path I wants. Once the product is submitted, the default workflow is fired.
My client wants me to add a new product: “Share System Directory”. It has to behave exactly like “File System Access”, so, once selected, we want to display the same popup windows, but we want to bind that new product to another workflow, much simpler. The approver will eventually process manually the directory picked by the user.
I did everything in the manager (approval policy, approval workflow, product added to the shelf) but there is no way I can open the popup window “Requesting file system access”.
Can someone please tell me how to do that or just some advices?
