We have a second mailbox for the employee (personal). If I look here (Manager-Employees), I see only one field for mail.
How do I add "Personal Mail" a second additional value?
I understand that this needs to be done with the table and most likely it is the table Person. But I'm afraid to break everything -))
We want to take a personal mailbox from an external target system. And add a mailbox to a user card in Employees.
Renaming these values seems to be a suitable solution(Spare field no. 01). But how to do it right?
Click on the one that you want to rename and update the Display name filed to what you would like, As you can see below I took CustomProperty10 and renamed it to Personal Mailbox
Now if we look at an employee in Manager we see the Personal Mailbox listed
