We recently implemented and went live with OneIM 8.1.2 v. I have old entries in the DialogJournal table that still show with running status despite there are no active or failed jobs in the job queue. Entries in the DialogJorunal table keeps growing. Currently, there are 140,537 entries. Not sure if this is something normal with OneIM tool.
For example, the following entry is from 3/18/2021
#LDS#Resetting DBQueue tasks {0} because processes {1} related to objects on these tasks are still running in JobQueue.|SAP_RUserHasParameter|CCC_SAP_SAPUserInSAPRole_Assign|
Can someone please share light on how can we keep DiaglogJournal table clean and up-to-date?
