Attestation cases not getting closed after the defined daystoabort are passed

Hi All,

I am using One Identity version 8.1.

Attestation cases are not getting closed after the defined daystoabort are passed, however they should have been automatically aborted after the days have been passed and approver hasn't actioned on it.

Please help me with the schedule, that is responsible to close attestation cases based on daystoabort are passed.

  • Thanks for the quick response.

The one I was referring above is the below case-

I have a attestation policy where I have set "Time required (days)" to 1, also in the approval workflow that is applied on the policy I have set "System abort Days" to 1.

When I execute the attestation case for the above policy, it shows "ToSolveTill" as expected one day ahead but the cases are not getting closed automatically even after many days.

I executed the schedule "Attestation check" and that created a job that aborted one of the cases, however it is enabled and scheduled to execute daily but is not getting executed.

Could you please help me understand with the logic that this scheduler uses.
