Attestation cases not getting closed after the defined daystoabort are passed

If you referring to the setting "Time required (days)" at the attestation policy then the documentation states:

Number of days within which a decision must be made over the attestation. Enter 0 if you do not want to specify a particular processing period.

One Identity Manager does not stipulate which actions are carried out if processing times out. Define your own custom actions or evaluations to deal with this situation.

The one I was referring above is the below case-

I have a attestation policy where I have set "Time required (days)" to 1, also in the approval workflow that is applied on the policy I have set "System abort Days" to 1.

When I execute the attestation case for the above policy, it shows "ToSolveTill" as expected one day ahead but the cases are not getting closed automatically even after many days.

I executed the schedule "Attestation check" and that created a job that aborted one of the cases, however it is enabled and scheduled to execute daily but is not getting executed.

Could you please help me understand with the logic that this scheduler uses.

The schedule "Attestation check" is the correct one to abort the workflows if the "System abort Days" are specified.

If the schedule is not starting automatically check the settings of the schedule. If no schedule is running at all then please contact support.
