What version are you using?
Did you check the job queue if there are some issues with the provisioning job to promote this change from OneIM to AD?

Depends on the frozen process. If it is the ADSAccount update process, it does affect it.
For me it is ADSAccount_Update0(de-)activate I think it is the reason why it is not syncing, I will try to re run the process. Thanks Markus
