IT Shop 8.1: Search for SAP Transactions in SAP Roles for requestable products in IT Shop

Dear all,

we have a larger SAP landscape connected to IAM 8.1 and would like to offer requestors a filter option in the IT Shop for requesting SAP roles that have a least the desired SAP transaction code inside.

So if user wants to request a certain SAP Transaction in the Shop area this should be possible by entering the SAP transaction code in a search field.

As IAM synchronizes any SAP transaction code in any SAP role this data is available in the IAM DB.

The result should be list with requestable products = SAP roles by SAP System (connector) from where the requestor can select and order. If another filtes on SAP System (connector) can be used in the search that would also be great.

Is this available in IAM standard and is in use by other ONE customers already?

    Searching by the Tcode is not OOTB feature, but I have heard from customers that either created tags that can be assigned to the service items of the SAP roles or added a semicolon separated list of tcodes to a column in the service items and added this column to the search index.

    In both cases, the search index would be able to find the SAP roles via the search in the shop.
