PWO order state = Waiting

Hi All,

Somehow in the PWO table, there are some requests in the waiting order state.

When I checked approval is completed and the product is assigned to the user.

How can I change the order state to Assigned so that reminder is not sent to the approver again and again.

    If a request is in the WAITING state, the approves shouldn't be reminded by the default processes.

    A request could be in the waiting state if another request for the same recipient and the same product is already assigned but has a different validity period (ValidFrom - ValidUntil). If the first request is becoming invalid due to the valid-until date is reached, the second request will be getting the assigned state.
