Starling Connect Sync Project

Hi All,

Just messing about with Starling Connect prior to us actually getting a licence for it... I have created a trial tenant, and configured the connector in Designer (not to devs, please update your documentation on how to do this, as it's not obvious that you need to go into Designer, find the right config parm, click on the ellipses and then run through the wizard)....... 

Now when I go into Synchronization Editor and try to connect, I get a "Failed" on the first test...... (Test Starling Join Credentials)... but it's always successful when I run through the wizard to populate the creds...

Any assistance would be amazing.. thanks

    sorry, but I am unable to help here with the connection issues. But surely the support should be able to assist.

    But allow me to point out that the documentation mentions the LaunchPad to start the connection Wizard for the Starling Subscription.

    The wizard itself is very prominently placed at the start of the LaunchPad (Way easier than crawling through the configuration parameters).
