How to share User Guide with users?

Hi to all!

We have made a custom User Guide and we want to share it with all the users of our system. What do you think is the best way to spread it?

Is there any way in One Identity that we can use to make it public to users who use the system? (such as emailing or posting on the WebPortal in a specific section)

Hi Micol! We created a button like the "settings" button on the home page and linked it to the user guide.
