Self Service Portal not working properly after enabling SSO

Hi Good Day,

I have enabled SSO (Active Directory User Account(Role Based)) for Self Service Portal and after this Self service portal is not working properly. Its navigations are not proper and sometimes it just refresh and keeps me in the same page and navigate to home page, some times the pages will overlap and I see the pages are refreshing quickly.

Is there any settings I need to look into after SSO enabled , Please let me know. Thanks
