Self Service Portal not working properly after enabling SSO

Just to confirm, this is the web portal and not the password reset portal correct? What do you have as the fall back authentication in case the first method does not work? If SSO fails it will fall back to your secondary method that you have set, you can check the logs after enabling debug see the knowledge base article below for steps to enable this. Yes this is web portal . The fall back method set is Active Directory(Manual/Role Based) . And I am able to login and after successful login i am navigating to Welcome page. Till here this works fine and from here it acts weird and page just refresh and stays on the same page after I click on New request or some other options. ( I am accessing Load balancer VIP which is pointing to the 2 Web Servers and which picks one of the Web servers). Checked for Log files and did not get any errors related to this. 

What web browser are you using and which version? For example Chrome browser version xx
