is it possible to attach a file in a new user request in the IT SHOP?
The only answer that I was able to find, was to use the system tool but is way too complicated for a standard user and requires a lot of information.

Try this way: navigate to the record. For example, an incident record; Click the attachments icon ( ); Click Choose Files or Browse, depending on your browser, and navigate to a file; (Optional) Upload multiple files in one of the following ways; Click Attach; Close the pop-up window to return to the form.
This would work only for Support requests and not for regulat ITShop requests!
