DPRJounalSetup and PersonHasObject is growing big

Hi All,

In our Production DPRJounalSetup and PersonHasObject tables has milions of records.

DPRJounalSetup is  +18 M record

PersonHasObject +4 M records.

When we did some research then we found that there is configuration we had.

We can change this configuration but by question is can we delete records from these tables manualy.

Can we delete from table DPRJounalSetup?

Can we delete from table PersonHasObject?

One identity version is 8.1.3

Could you please provide your exper advice.

    Your screenshot is showing the configuration settings for DialogJournal (Database Journal) and not for DPRJournalSetup. The configuration parameter here is "DPR\Journal\LifeTime". There is a process automation called "Removes all outdated synchronization journals" which will be triggered by the schedule "Daily maintenance tasks". Please check that this is enabled.

    +18 M records are quite unusual for the table.

    You shouldn't delete entries from PersonHasObjects as they are needed. By the way, +4 M records are quite common.

    Hi Markus,

    DPR\Journal\LifeTime is enabled and has value 30 days.

    Daily maintenance tasks schedule is also enabled and process is running every day.
