Give access of one employee to another one

Hi Experts,

In my environment there are 2 types of employees. 1 is Contractor and another one is Permanent.

There was one contractor who has access to some security groups , Exchange and many more, now the HR has created another account for that contractor as permanent employee so we would like to give all the contractor related ccess to the new permanent employee account of that user. Anyone know how can we achieve that.

I tried making contractor employee account as secondary account and new permanent employee account s primary account but it didn't help, any help would be appreciated.
