In an 8.0.1 environment, there is an open request waiting for EX step to close the request but the process fired by EX step was frozen and moved to the history. What would be the appropriate way to close this open request (either Aborted or Unsubscribed)?
We tried to execute MakeDecision and SQL UPDATE/SET statement with no luck. Thank you for the help in advance.
